I'm working on my own refi and my LO says

he's standing on his head with more business than he can handle, but we're cool and moving ahead. Now that I have the IRS clearance of ZERO TAX LIABILITY, I can sail through this process.

Yesterday I had five signings, refis mostly. BIG TICKET LOANS, one was a 7 year arm on $1.6 mil paying off first and second, first was an ARM too. The other was refi'ing after major remodel, $1.5 new loan

One Quicken loan was cash out, lower rate, and the payment stayed the same on $229K first.

So far have one purchase loan, but the day is young. Things always start happening before I know it. Hang in there. Year end could mean a robust refi/purchase season across the country.

Remember, the economy is showing strong signs of recovery (???). We just need JOBS!
