nowhere in the handbook does it say we have to stamp at the table or wherever right away. I once called the CA SOS about it....here's how the conversation went:
Me: Do we have to stamp/complete ack/jurat at the table when doing a loan doc signing?
CA SOS: Does it say in the handbook that you have to?
Me: Not specifically that I can find.
CA SOS: Well, then. There's your answer. No, you don't have to.
