RE agents try to change the nos. at the closing! Unheard of other places from what I understand.
If they were using an attorney, they'd be paying a hefty price for a seller/buyer situation. I know work is scare, but it's still important to say NO, NO, NO to ridiculously low fees. Someone further up the food chain was making a lot of money on that transaction!
