I do not associate this with Loan docs. I agree with Rick that this would only apply to GNW. I can, however, appreciate that the last statement: "or any other veteran's benefit" can be a grey/gray (whatever float your boat) matter as some may argue that the loan is a benefit to the veteran.

Personally, If that was the case, I would only accept that condition if a spouse or 2nd person was on loan docs and that way I could conclude the fee was for the 2nd party.
