"Any pointers on how this veteran signer can pass this test? I will appreciate any inside info without any "cheaters" input."

You shouldn't need either - this should be a walk in the park for you (and no I have not taken the test)

What I would be very wary of is his asking leading questions that can take you down the UPL path....which based on some examples I've seen, some questions tread a very fine line.

As distasteful as this test is to many, I can honestly see what he may be trying to do - I've read posts on various forums and on social media - get into some of those threads/discussions and you soon realize many many notaries ARE clueless and have no idea what they're doing when they put themselves out to do loan signings. They don't even know their notary laws, never mind how to handle a loan package properly. Then when it comes back to bite them they cry about not being paid and start screaming union. It's sad...and also a good explanation why signing fees have tanked.

Good Luck
