scenario - read the article; these 3 entities have networked together and have done both a purchase and a refinance (possibly more but only two mentioned in the article). Both transactions fully digital. It may not be happening in your area, Pegi, but it's obvious it's happening here - and I, for one, can see it taking root. Despite many borrowers balking at it - if they're told "this is how it's done now" they will have to go along with it or lose their deal.

GNW may stay put but loan closings? Whole new world.
