"your" flowers in hand. And let that EO know in no certain terms, you're on your way to the Insurance Commissioner for your state to hand deliver a copy to them as well as the CFPB.

Other than that subtle message, you could dress up as BIG BIRD and a huge sign that says this company does not pay its notaries. That would certainly be an eye catcher, show stopper. id.
