an elderly person who is illiterate (is also blind in one eye and deaf). Fortunately, a family member gave me the heads-up and said that he has full mental capacity (I will check for that as well) and they will make sure he wears his hearing aide. Also, his friend will be in attendance to assist, and will be reading the docs aloud. I do not foresee any issues other than making sure he is of full mental capacity, the docs are read accurately, and that he understands what he is signing.
