On one occasion, son was referred to me by his attorney to notarize a quit claim deed. I asked him why the attorney wouldn't do it. He wasn't the only offspring. I could just see his siblings coming after me down the road. No thanks.

Father was 80% assessed Alzheimers. Not my kind of gig.
