But what can one do when your marriage fails and your spouse takes 130k of your "marital monies" leaving you broke?

I don't know this guy, but I do know that he's going through something and calling him out as if he's a criminal, is just wrong. But that's just me.

I do hope he comes through and pays all the nsa's that he owes money to. At this point, I think he's trying to figure something out and if that's bk so be it. But unlike the Kirkish, who deliberately schemed everyone, I'd give this guy a break because its not the same type of scenario.

But then again, that is just my opinion FWIW.
