to turn the tables on guilt/blame. We've all dealt with this kind of thing from ss.
It is a valid point that many notaries don't follow instructions regarding invoicing, etc.
I also think it's a better idea to re-count your experience without reposting emails. I don't know for sure, but I think there could be some legal issues about posting things like this in a public forum.
I do hope you get paid.
