I told her $125. She then told me she could pay $75. I laughed so hard that she hung up on me. If you took the job for $75, you're crazy.

I am never going to tell you what you should charge. What I am telling you is that printing docs, traveling 30+ miles _one way_ for a signing at 22:00, doing the signing (which may include an extremely unhappy borrower / borrowers), going 30+ miles home, scanning and emailing docs, dropping docs at a staffed location (so that you can get a full receipt), then praying that the company pays you within a reasonable amount of time (if at all!) is worth more than $75.

Get paid what you're worth!
