Ignoring N#####G# texts usually works out ok
Posted by schlub/NC on 4/19/18 4:51pm

They've sent several texts for a $60 L### D#### signing 23 miles away.

I just got a request from someone else for the same signing for $90.

Why does NG insist on acting like L### D#### doesn't pay them anything and they can't
possibly pay more than $60? I've heard "We do tons of loans for them and they don't us enough to pay
you more than $60" enough to make me puke.

I can't tell you how many times this has happened.

I guess they would rather make a lot on fewer deals than make a little bit on a lot of deals.

Come to think of it, that's my business model, too.
