I have to agree with Kevin. They don't set out to intentionally sabotage your day, it just comes with the territory.
What you can do is tell them if you do not have the doc by ____, you have to turn back the closing and they can find someone else, or you can reschedule it around your schedule. You have options, and you run your own business. Many factors lead into the final closings docs and always being revised. This job is certainly not set in stone as much as we would like it to be. |
