 Re: Inconsiderate title companies.

You don't understand that the lender changes things last minute. Every time there is an adjustment, even to a name, the HOA, an insurance policy, even an address (one city on the boarder-2 names), everything needs to be redone. All those pages that make that page have a timestamp on the bottom, so even though on some docs, nothing may have changed, that timestamp all needs to be the same. Now that I am diving into that area, I am learning a lot more than I did before. What looks like a simple change is not. Yesterday I had a closing where the buyers changed how they wanted to take title...that changed about 26 pages. Then she signed her name as A. Smith, so then we needed a new signature name affidavit to reflect that "A. Smith"...so many little petty things we don't see, but change a lot of things.
Like I said, they don't want these docs to hang out either, more work for them...so to get it right, they wait until it all comes in. The 2nd alternative is you reprint and reprint which is worse.
