From my previous dealings with Pavaso, and the email I received today from Signature Closers, it appears they want to do in-the-same room enotarizations in states that allow their notaries to do enotarization. By Signature Closers' count, there are 21 states that allow entoarization. By my count, there are only two states that allow web-cam notarizations, VA and MT. MT web-cam notarization rules are very restrictive; I don't think those will be happening very often. There are a few other states that have passed laws to allow web-cam notarizations, but they haven't gone into effect yet.
