Not good to openly post private emails and messages. You want to be a part of this litigation as well? You are hurting your friend more than helping her, and not sure why you even posted this?
If this "respected notary" has never worked for her and posting these accusations and slanderous remarks about her private and business life with no fact or proof personally, she can take her to court and file against her, as costing her business and her reputation is at stake. It is gossip that is hurting her business. If not her, all those who step in her place will also be a named party, now you....think about it.
She is asking kindly to cease and desist and talk to her directly...why isn't that happening? |
