In your posting of that private PM/email, she said she may take legal action and documenting everything...when you slander and can show defamation of character, she can open a case, especially if she loses business and money over it and can prove it. Publicly posting on someone's personal life when it's all about business is not right, and has no business on the internet.
She already asked for it to stop on more than one occasion and it's not... It's not odd at all to remind everyone of this, you posted it.
We deal with the law, facts, privacy and honesty everyday in our NSA life...we need to show this in our off times as well. |
