Like CopperheadVA I make my own out of heavy stock paper and fold it for each line in the NR Modern Journal. Two binder clips keep it down and the signers I meet with immediately understand it's purpose. Although it is usually not said, I believe that most people respect the fact that their information will be screened from others. Cost - about 15 minutes of my time.
