This company wants to make sure that its subcontractors are willing to break the law for them before the company hiring subcontractors.

This notary has no ethics and/or broke the law for us without hesitation or complaint. Definitely the people we want handling Non-Public Personal Information and notarizing documents - none of this identification issues or "but the law" calls to us or signing adjournments from them. These are the contractors that will not question our instructions or documents and push borrowers to Get 'R Signed without question.
