I printed the page I found that states it can be signed the same day or earlier than the date of notarization and notarized a new one at no charge, even though I had to travel to them (signer is wheelchair bound in an upstairs apartment) and the signers sister faxed that page along with the application to vital records. She tried to talk to a supervisor before we had to do this all over again but that person just didn't understand it
