It's our job, male or female as a NSA to go to people's houses, regarding if the signer is single, married, male or female. If it gets to the point for anyone who gets that paranoid of going to a signing at someone's house, they need to get out of the biz. Mace, self protection, great, but in general, these people have been checked out frontwards and backwards to buy their house. I would be more worried doing GNW perhaps, as those people are not vetted and random answering your advertising. Realtors are more at risk as well...I would never tell a client your a single male, we have to meet in a public place. That is business suicide and certianlya form of discrimination. |
