 Lead time on docs
Posted by Candace Anderson on 9/12/19 6:48pm

Am I out of line needing more than 1 hour from time I receive docs to be printed until leaving for appointment? I have just been dinged for cancelling on a company as they did not get the docs to me in time. Asked yesterday when I could expect them, no answer. Asked again today was told they would have them ASAP. 3 1/2 hours after I was told that I still did not have docs. Cancelled the appt 3 hours out. Get an email an hour after that saying docs were available. and then was asked snottily wasn't 2 hours enough lead time. What do you do?
