As I always emphasized to Peggy, it's not the number of files you sign but the fee amounts for each one that shows your profit. I don't sign 105 files a month but most files are $150 to $200. I do have $100 files. In the end are you spending a lot of money on gas, paper toner depreciation of auto and office equipment?
I'm proud of you Peggy. I have helped many nsa's who wanted to be in this business for the long run not just day to day.fees <100 are a waste of time and energy. Seems like a lot of ml people don't know how to be in a profitable biz.
