Anyone in possession of an eligible document could mail it in and get an apostille; no need for you to do anything. If you want to provide an expedited service for your customers, and you live in or near St. Paul, you could offer to get it done in person and send it to them through an express parcel service. You would have to investigate the speed of the services of the Secretary of State and see if you could speed it up enough that people would want to pay you for the service.
