I'm tired of the low ball offers. So this is my latest reply to a request to get a seller package signed 30+ miles one way. All for $50. I actually sent the email below telling the company, I can accept.
Terms: You provide my transportation or the seller comes to me. Docs need to be overnighted to me for early am delivery. Since I will be considered an employee at that low fee, I will need you to agree to 2 weeks vacation a year regardless of how long I am employed by you. Also I do not go over the documents in the package. It is a point and sign job. Notarizations limited to 2.
Now if you want the job done by someone with experience, a car, the equipment and the knowledge, my actual fee is $xxx. - Needless to say I have yet to hear back from them. This will be my reply for the time being. If they can insult me with these kind of offers, I have no problem with being snitty. |
