completed one or two last year.... never do it again. Even when you call ahead - the docs you must pick up are are never ready to go. After a 3 HOUR signing swore of these debt settlements.... too much anger and frustration from the Signers and you will be the only face they see - to paraphrase a attorney who posted online to unhappy mortgage Borrowers ...'We sue the Notary first - they are the low hanging fruit - take their E&O & Bond to finance your lawsuit against the Lender'!
Let the attorneys use their Notary commission to sign off these Debt Settlements... there's a reason they are reluctant to do so and come looking for us instead!
