You have everyone down there HOWEVER none are responsible for your payment except the person who you made the contract with. NOTARY POOL

They all paid their portions...it's NOT up to them to collect for you. BBB will never do anything, and why contact the realtor? They have -0- to do with any of it except burn more bridges. Title, and lender perhaps, but they paid that SS...it's up to you to collect, not their problem. You got the job done, case closed.

You can maybe write the some of the Departments, but good luck getting their attention.
Just be careful what you say and do in writing and who you accuse, it could open yourself up to a lawsuit. jmo
