Obviously you do not know the Definition of gossip (Merriam Webster Dictionary)
(Entry 1 of 2)
1a dialectal British : godparent
b : companion, crony
c : a person who habitually reveals personal or sensational facts about others the worst gossip in town
2a : rumor or report of an intimate nature spreading gossip about their divorce
b : a chatty talk
c : the subject matter of gossip Their breakup was common gossip.
And also many NSA do work in volume. Title company closings especially EOM that have no print, just come in and do closings all day long at the office for them? Have you not been the #1 closer in the area where they call each time something comes up and that equated to a number of closings per week? THAT is volume.
Apparently some of us "worth our salt" (Your terms not mine) get repeated business = volume. Do a good job, they call you first if that is their business model. Many Bancserve notaries get volume.... same difference. Sunshine 10 years ago didn't discount rates because they claimed volume, I just took $5-$10.00 less because they kept me busy. No different than doing a Quicken loan for $85.00, they keep you busy.
You state you never worked for them, yet you state they back date. Please explain this?
