Not to mention 10 pm witness ...

Not me.

Unhappy late night signers are even more PO'd when you tell them they will need a witness. The FEW I have accommodated a good company for were hard time finding a witness, witness late arrival (people still calling around to find someone when I arrive) or WORSE .... late night signer and witness ready and waiting and I have to call to say "the documents haven't arrived yet" ... sometimes as much as an hour after scheduled time. Then there's the "this isn't right" or "changed mind" and NO ONE is available to talk to.

$125 was more than reasonable.
