"The only way I can see that this or any other NSA could possibly be held personally responsible in this or any other similar scenarios, is if the NSA were to voluntarily, or by being careless or sloppy, in providing the signers NPPI to the other difficult couple and/or visa versa."

Cari - did you read that part of the OP? That's exactly what is expected of the NSA - send the signed docs to Couple #2 (B) after Couple #1 (A) signs them. Not "send Couple B's docs to them" but "send docs to Couple B".

"Couple A is refinancing on a property that has 2 non-borrowing title holders Couple B (the wife's brother and his wife). There is clearly a family feud going on, couple A has made it painfully clear they do not want couple B to see any documents that couple B is not required to sign, especially the 1003. Couple A does not want couple B privy to the SSN, income, liabilities, etc. This is a 2 part signing with the documents going directly to couple B for their signatures. "

After statements to me by Couple A voicing their concerns I would be very hesitant to do this too - I'd be more inclined to contact title and get authorization to send all docs back to them and let them handle it form there. I'd probably go so far as to have Couple A write a note advising title of their concerns and have them sign and date it - so title doesn't think I'm making up some cockamamie story and they have Couple A's request and instructions in writing.
