called before I called to confirm date/time/ID copy/address of signing, etc. and then asked, "now is Santa Barbara before or after Summerland?"

Guess she was coming from two counties away. The client immediately called her loan officer and asked if he couldn't assign this to someone who knew the local geography, as they had an appointment at 10am and didn't want to be waiting all morning for a notary who may or may not be able to locate them. I thought it was hilarious.
