They sent me the documents. It was on a Mortgage. I did sign a statement that they sent me that shows at that time that I did in fact notarize their signatures and gave them the Lic #, DOB, ISS date and expiration date. It would not be a case of "changing" anything. I don't know how I missed that and I don't see why it took them so long to notice it.
