Many borrowers can only meet after their work schedules so it is very possible. Of course you will get senior citizens and retirees that are available at any time or open times and you can work them around your schedule. Another area to make money in is working for companies that ask you to do drive by appraisals. Invest in a digital camera and take a drive in the afternoon, your lunchbreak when lighting is good and take pictures of the front, sides, down the street on either sides and email them back to the companies. Very easy money and only takes 5 minutes of your time, depending on how far you have to go of course. Good Luck.
