I am a very seasoned NSA and rarely have the time to review documents prior to an appointment. Even if I caught it at the table, this would be a LENDER error not an NSA error. We should all be busy enough to not have time to "review" every set of docs that come across our desk for a signing. The only thing I usually have time to do is skim to be sure they printed correctly.
