Thank you. I did it that way but I also made a duplicate page and had them sign only on the lines designated as executing party and grantee on that one. Figured I'd cover both my bases. I included a note of explanation in the package. Hopefully one of them was correct. Wink I guess I'll know soon enough. I'll either get a paycheck in a couple weeks or I'll get a call Monday or Tuesday. Time will tell. Thanks again.
