I kept a supply of blank affidavits that I created in Microsoft Word in my briefcase, in both legal and letter size, just in case I needed them. The reason for the two sizes was that I got yelled at once for attaching the wrong size certificate - some FL County Clerk had a requirement that all papers had to be the same size, and the document was rejected. After that, I made it a point to always have the size of the certificate match the size of the rest of the document. I may make mistakes, but I never make the same one twice...
