I agree with MikeC/TX. I have blank acknowledgement certificates for signers signing as individuals and those signing in a representative capacity. I have both legal and letter size, so all together that makes four kinds of blank acknowledgement certificate to carry.
I also carry blank affidavits for a credible witness to swear to the identity of a signer, which is recommended in my state's notary manual. If I ever have to use one, I will retain it in my records. |
