I disagree that companies are not paying $150-$175. They are out there, not just title, but some SS's depending on scope of work.

So many NSA's have been brainwashed into thinking they don't exist anymore that they take whatever is offered and are still working harder and not smarter.

I have people call me for GNW that need "loan docs" notarized all the time. No printing, no couriering, just show up and notarize and get paid on the spot.
