Remember Claudine Osborne's Story About The Cat Pee Docs?
Posted by  PegiT_MN on 4/23/19 1:19pm

Title received the loan package and it smelled of cat pee and they automatically assumed Claudine's cat (I don't know if she even had a cat) had peed on the package. Many helpful notaries weighed in on what exactly happened . . . I automatically assumed that feral cats had jumped into the Fed Ex truck and peed on all the packages . . . several other scenarios were presented on that thread.

Several months later as I was signing a Federal Express employee, I told him about what happened to our dear friend Claudine, and asked how something like this could have happened. He informed me that Fed Ex is the leading shipper for several drug testing companies and the urine samples are sent out via Fed Ex for testing. He went on to tell me that every so often the vials of urine break open and leak out of the bags they are being shipped in. That probably explains what happened to Claudine's package . . . and also the reason I absolutely refuse to use those cardboard envelopes.
