Then you should be looking into training first - I wouldn't worry about what fee to charge for a service you're unable to adequately perform. Look into signing training so you become familiar with the documents, the procedures, the ins and outs.

Also, I'd suggest you read this forum - especially posts from the past several weeks about the decline in business and the new turn the business has taken. You may find it not advantageous to go the loan signing route - you may decide to take your notary business in another direction.
