That I would never do nor list other companies I work for and use their calendar to manage anything. I believe the more outside companies you post, the more they would market and recruit them over to their side, which is not a chance any of us want to take.
XYZ needs SD simply because great, established credible companies will not use newbies, so they have to find a place for them with companies that will take everyone for low wages, pay late or their XYZ puppy-mill will cease. SD is just the place for a lot of these SS's who cannot hire anyone else but newbies and pray on them.
Unfortunately no bright light for newbies in this over-saturated market. Last to enter, first to go type business and lose a lot of money, time effort that could be put to better use. |
