Seems to me that Mr. Rai is getting business however he can

Randip Rai is a notary public in Anaheim, CA. He is a member here. He is also a snapdocs notary. Can't blame him for wanting to stand out in a crowd, as Orange county is very saturated with notaries public.

Looking over his yelp reviews, well, some are okay, others are not very flattering. I know that he offered one notary $30 for two signatures. He's caught on to the game for sure.

Randip is a subcontracting notary , taking advantage of his own community of notaries. Having nothing to do with the babes on his website, I would likely not work for Randip as he isn't any better than the other greedy, selfish signing services he is emulating offering rock bottom fees.
