And to think the full moon has passed...called at noon to do a 3pm closing for a Citibank mortgage. Got the usual emails, instructions, docs...printed and called BO to confirm. He said he already had a notary there doing the signing! Called Servicelink back only to learn they were confused and only had me in there system...? BO had given me the name of the notary so I provided that. After being put on hold they still didn't have a good answer...got a whopping $12 print fee though...
