IMO, NSA career can never be 100% successful done IF you have another job. You are either In the Signing Agent world or you ain't! Learned many things from my Clients in 14 years doing this..... Don't say NO is #1! So its a brutal world if you have kids, marriage (and spouse is not in the biz) or you trying to make extra income "on the side".... your Clients will soon be aware you are not reliable or consistent (in their minds). the bigger the Client the higher the demand that you behave as their Employee while fully acting on their behalf as an Independent Contractor they can sue at a later time.
