Well, this is the third SA school that has been brought up this week. Actually, we try to respect the Rules and Regulations of this forum by not advertising other training venues. This site actually offers a training manual here, and it has long been respected in the industry. This is a long running signing service that has survived a great many ebbs and tides.
The loan signing biz, specifically, the refi business, has slowed significantly in 1st quarter 2017. I imagine a lot of signing services are pretty quiet as well, and this is an ancillary service this company offers to stimulate revenue during these slow times.
One thing for sure, the owners of this site don't need your drivers license to join.
