When Phillip didn't send an e-check yesterday as promised, I followed up asking for the check number. Here is his response:

"Julie, Check #VV28. Before I release the check, I am requesting that you send an email apologizing to me... Remove any negative reviews on all social media sites about me and Signing Services of America. Furthermore, email (and cc me) an apology to the entire xxx staff (xxx is the client who hired/paid him). You’ll need to certainly explain that I have provided the check# and will email your payment once you have fulfilled my request. Additionally, I am requesting that you will after receiving payment check#VV28, you will not post any negative social media reviews about me or Signing Services of America."
