Thanks. I had the misfortune of accepting one of those recently. Never again. I work full time, so sometimes when I get a call on my cell phone, I am not near a computer or I am between conference calls. Loan Depot packages are HUGE and they almost always use Signing Stream or Notary Go and they almost always offer $60 max including faxbacks I don't judge other notaries decisions on why they take these but someone in my area is because I turn down Notary Go weekly.

I don't anticipate things getting better. We just have to only take the assignments we believe are worth it and find another income source.
