Oh I agree, I enjoy conversations with borrowers in their homes when doing a refinance. What I was talking about was on purchases in real estate offices where the real estate agents (who are usually not signing anything) constantly talk and interrupt the buyers and sellers who are trying to sign with conversation that has nothing to do with the transaction! Makes the signing take much longer and introduces mistakes.
