Yep, we have to get much much better at that. TC (not in SC/NR) called this week wanting my info, availability, etc.
I marketed to them a good while ago. I was just told their usual folks are either busy or retiring. Yay!

Lesson: Don't leave direct clients on the table (aloof and aimless) for Ss or the likes of SD (shut your mouth!) to pick up; if we're there for them the appeal of auxiliary services may be... well, less appealing.
